We have operated with a Quality System certified since 2000, today updated and compliant with the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, guaranteeing our clients a constant standard of excellence over time.

Rigorous Monitoring at Every Stage

To ensure the absence of defects and adherence to tolerances, our production cycle is subject to constant verification, from raw material entry to shipment.

• Raw Material Analysis: Chemical and documentary verification upon entry to ensure steel compliance.
• In-Line Controls: Continuous monitoring of forging temperatures and dimensional checks during production to prevent process drift.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): We perform Magnetic Particle Inspection and Ultrasonic Testing at 100% or via sampling (according to specifications) to detect any internal or surface imperfections invisible to the naked eye.
• Testing Laboratory: Hardness testing and structural analysis to certify post-treatment mechanical properties.
• Dimensional and 3D Controls: In addition to standard checks, we use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for high-precision 3D verification on complex geometries.

The safety of our components starts with the choice of steel. We use exclusively certified high-quality materials:

Our management system allows us to guarantee the complete traceability of every production batch. For every order, we are able to issue compliance reports and full certificates according to international standards, essential for the Automotive, Energy, and Railway sectors.
