Machining and Heat Treatments

Internal Heat Treatments

Unlike many competitors, we have an internal department dedicated to heat treatment, operating immediately downstream of forging. This allows us to intervene exclusively on the material treatment without delay.

Specialization and Equipment

• Carbon Steels (C40-C43): We have developed specific know-how in the quenching and tempering of non-alloy steels, obtaining optimal martensitic structures and elevated mechanical characteristics.
• New Line for Alloy Steels: We recently implemented an additional latest-generation line, dedicated to the quenching and tempering of alloy steels and the execution of isothermal annealing, expanding the range of technical specifications manageable in-house.

Mechanical Workshop and Finishing

The process is completed in the machining department, where forged and treated components are brought to the final dimensions required by the client's drawing. We use CNC machine tools to guarantee precision and repeatability.

Process Under Control

The integration of mechanical and thermal treatments into the company management system ensures total traceability. Every phase, from heat treatment to finishing, is recorded and validated according to strict internal protocols, allowing the client to have a single interlocutor responsible for the final quality of the product.
