Mazzonetto Gino S.r.l. specializes in the plastic deformation of metals for the manufacturing of high-resistance mechanical components. We operate based on technical specifications, drawings, or samples provided by the client, managing the entire production process with certified, top-quality steels and alloys.

Production Power and Automation

Our production department is structured to guarantee maximum flexibility and process repeatability. We have 12 operating forging lines, configured to handle both small batches and large series.

To optimize large-scale productions, we have recently integrated two fully robotized cells. This technology allows us to ensure:

• Constant and controlled work cycles.
• High dimensional precision.
• Cost competitiveness for large orders.

Processing Range

Thanks to the diversification of our equipment, we cover a wide dimensional spectrum:

• Electric Upsetting: Production of parts with diameters from 3 mm to 120 mm and weights from 10 g up to 150 kg.
• Closed-Die Forging (Total Forging): Manufacturing of shaped components with weights up to 25 kg.

Material Management

Raw material sourcing occurs exclusively from certified steel mills. We have consolidated specific know-how in processing:

• Steels: Carbon steel, Quenching & Tempering steel (Q&T), Case-hardening steel.
• Stainless Steels: For corrosive or food applications.
• Special Alloys: Titanium.
• Non-ferrous metals: Brass and Copper.
