The quality of a forged component is born long before production: it starts in the technical office. Our team supports the client from the preliminary stages, transforming a simple drawing into an efficient and scalable production process.
We use advanced 3D CAD/CAM software to analyze the geometric and structural feasibility of every request. Thanks to decades of experience in plastic deformation, we support the client during the co-design phase, suggesting modifications and technical solutions that improve part quality and reduce industrial costs.
Our competitive advantage is the internal management of mold construction. We do not depend on external tool shops: this allows us to move from the design phase to forging in very short times.
