Established in 1967, Mazzonetto Gino S.r.l. is today an international benchmark in the electric upsetting and hot forging sector.

What began as a local production workshop has evolved into a solid industrial facility operating on a covered area of 6,000 sqm, combining half a century of craftsmanship with the most modern automation and robotic technologies.

Our production ranges from general mechanics to the most critical safety components. Thanks to the flexibility of our plant, we serve diverse sectors: from Agriculture and Earth Moving to high-demand markets such as Automotive, Railway, and Energy, always guaranteeing the same high-quality standard.

Total Supply Chain Control

Our strength lies in production independence. Unlike companies that rely on external outsourcing, at Mazzonetto we manage every phase internally:

• Mold Design and Construction (In-house Engineering Department and Tool Room).
• Production (12 manual and robotized forging lines).
• Heat Treatments and Finishing (Quenching & Tempering, sandblasting, and machining).

This integrated approach allows us to guarantee strict adherence to deadlines and a quality standard certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

Capacity and Innovation

Our goal is continuous technological expansion. We possess a versatile machine park that allows us to tackle complex challenges: from precision small parts to large forged components.
